Dear All I am new here just yesterday bought MED1000X3D I need to update Firmware?

MED1000X3D
Software V 1.0.5,
Compiled at:Dec 14 15:45:52 2012
Bootloader:IIE.0402.2057
Board:1186
My Question is how to update  Firmware is there is any step by step Tutorial or I can Download latest  Firmware & update?
