Mede8er Repairs

Hi
Where can I take my Mede8er in for repairs. After months of not working I need to take it in to an expert. Please can someone help me ?

The best way is to contact the dealer which you bought it from. If the unit is still under warranty, they can easily fix the problem for you.

Hi.  Mede8er X300 volume only goes up to 1

Everything else works.  Changed batteries checked fittings. All is in place
