Not loading drives

Hi
When I switch on my 300X, the Mede8er sign displays and goes off. It does not load my drives. It sounds as it is stuck. I want to do a factory / hard reset. Maybe that will help, but I do not know how to do that. Can someone advise?

Eish its holiday season and I cant do without my Mede8er ....

You can do a factory reset by reinstalling the firmware:
