Hello everyone,

ListM8 is an application that can generate printable lists from scraped data by the automatic scrapers built into (for example) the mede8er X3D and X2 or the Popcorn Hour A400 or C300. Very handy for the kids, when they want to pick a movie to watch ;)...
It is very easy to use, just open the application and start adding folders (first button). You can sort the list by clicking on the column header above the list.

In the Dutch forum, the application received very nice comments, so here it is in the international forum!

You need to have .Net 4.5 installed (most new pc's have it by default, but here's a link: http://www.microsoft.com/nl-nl/download/details.aspx?id=30653)

The application itself can be downloaded by clicking on the link below:

http://download.eaqual.nl/ListM8Setup.exe

New, Version 4.0 (18-11-2013)
- Support for Popcorn Hour NMJ (v2) databases. Just point to the nmj_database folder, and your set! Please do not use network paths (\\nas....) but use direct paths (x:\...) or copy the nmj_database folder locally.

New, Version 2.7 (13-10-2013)
- Support for ThumbGen and MCIM scraped information
- Duration of movie is now displayed (genre)
- TV Shows detection (not the duration, but the season count will be displayed)

New, Version 3.1 (30-10-2013)
- Possibility to edit xml info (title, year, plot and score)
Note: when changing things both xml and mede8er.db (when found) will be changed.

PS.
I would like to add more languages. If you like to contribute, please download the zip with an excel sheet in it. Just change the texts in the second column and send it back to me. I will include the new languages in future versions. Thx in advance!

Brilliant! What a handy utility!

Quick suggestion - inclusion of film running time would be useful if possible..

I dont see that issue and also using IE10 myself - so guess it is NIS 2014 that gives you this trouble.
Running Win8 myself too - no issues here.
Try to run the setup ListM8Setup.exe program as administrator:
- right click on the file in explorer
- then choose run as administrator

Smart Screen filter will block  any download form "unusual" sources. I had to  turn it off a long time ago.

Hello Ophir,
Some versions of windows can be a pain... Especially in combination with certain virus scanners.
The software does not have any viruses in it.

Maybe you can look into (google) UAC (user access control) and lower the settings.

I hope you can run the app in the near future ;)...
