I have followed all the steps you have outlined here, and I can say that it works...  However, how do I go about adding a folder listed under the NFS icon to my Favorites?

Navigate to folder, hit menu button, then hit add to favourites

I have done all the above i see movie folder but when i get in it does not show any contents.

After updating Hanewin NFS server to version:1231
I had the same problem as you, the NFS share would open, but the folder appeared empty.
I eventually reinstalled version: 1226, and now all is working fine again.

I'm using it on a Windows 10 pc but but with a Mede8er.
