MEDX2KEY PROBLEMS

Hello!
i have got some problems with the MEDX2KEY as well...
1. the keyboard does not function when I want to log in facebook and hotmail.
2. I try to log in Yahoo but all I get is a blank page.
3. many times the keyboard does not function at all and it crashes the whole system. I cannot even shut the mede8er down.
