Title: Download Lupos Offline Scan tool

Thanks to our member Lupissimo we now have Windows Offline Scan Tool app. It will scan you Movie Collection from your PC and make the Mede8er.db. Read the included 'Read me' file as you need to edit the path of your movie collection in the .ini file.
