Hello,
for 2 months and for no reason, when I scan the serie tv folder to retrieve the multimedia information (fanart, folder, xml etc ...), the scan correctly imports the XML data, but no longer correctly files fanart and folder . They are present but are black without image at 0 or 2 Kb. So I have on the screen a black image and sometimes a red, black and white triangle.
If I use the function manually edit the system this blocks.
In the Movies folder, no problem, it works normally.
I reformat the disk but it's the same problem

Tanks for your info. Is there a way to find a solution and scrap the images like the movie folder ?

You now have to scrape on the PC. TVRename utility works well. There is a thread about it on the forums here.

TV Series scraping from tvdb has been fixed on the X3D Series :)
Please follow this procedure before you scan TV Series
1. Delete all xml files in a TV Series where you had added episodes that had no images
2. Delete all zero sized jpg images in TV Series where the image did not show
3. Reboot the Mede8er and it will automatically update the scraper app
4. Scrape TV Series in the normal way

This is good news that the TV Scraper is fixed.

So, this is not a new firmware version?

The scraper code is downloaded on every boot if you accept the scraping aggrement. It had to be separate to ring fence it from paid for code. Otherwise a bussiness licence is needed.
