Sanji Electronics have been working round the clock on some great added functionality for the MED500X and we hope to release this to general users within 10 days.  Some of the improvements include a built in NFS client, Zoom improvements - Zoom W , Zoom H, Zoom XY including a screen size calibration feature and Setup Config Save and Restore functionality.

If you go into the Downloads section then you'll see a link; follow that and you'll see 2 firmware files lying there - v1.2 Beta at the top and v1.1 under that.

The 1.2 Beta is stable.

In respect of the new functionality it offers:

    1. New screen size calibration in Setup Menu
    2. Zoom functionality improved - Zoom to Width , Zoom to Height, Zoom stretch to X%:Y%
    3. NFS client added – ie  c/”foldername” tested on Windows with ProNFS
    4. Local HDD -- If no multiple partition changed to not show local volume ie C:
    5. Config Save & Restore under Firmware Update in Setup Menu
    6. List sorting improved - resolved upper and lower case text sorting
    7. Removed Trash Can in File Manager
    8. Cool System Info Screen layout change - Setup Menu

Please post any bugs in the appropriate bug thread and make use of the format provided.
Also provide the full details of all connected hardware (i.e. make & model) and precise steps in order to duplicate the issue wherever possible so that they can be rectified.

Thanks.
