Setting Mede8er System Date / Time

Today i installed the latest firmware. (4.04) In the system setup menu, i saw the date and time was 01-01-2010 00:00.
I entered the time zone and specified a timeserver. But it failed to update the date and time with the error message :
Update Error.
I tried many times to update and changed timeservers but to no avail.
I have a wired connection to the internet.

Who can tell me hoe to update the date and time?

Shut down and remove power from both med and router. Then turn on the router agsin....followed by the med.

If that dosn't work.....re-install the firmware (why not 4.0.5).

What was your prevous firmware? If v3 then you might have known dns issues identied when 4.0.4 was first released. There is a tip for dealing with that problem...but's a bit complex for this time of night.
