Hi
I purchased the  mede8er 400x model expecting a video wall to be available. It does not seem to be available via the remote control. Can this model handle a Video Wall and what level of Firmware should i be running it on to get this service

Please confirm it is the 400x you are talking about, becuase if it is, then this post needs moving.

So the question is: do you have a 400X2 or a 400X?

Hi

The model descriped on the box says MED400X Mini and if a manual had been provided i would have read it. There was no manual in the suppled box

Remember Majnu's problem. They just put a folded install guide in the box now. You have to download the Users Guide.
