I sent an email detailing the above issue (and all the fixes I have tried) to
support@mede8er.eu 4 days ago but disappointingly haven't received any response as yet.
Given the very positive feedback that is apparent on these forums re Mede8ers after sales customer support this lack of response is a little alarming, I would be happy even with a holding email advising they will look into my issue and write with further advice in X days - so long as a solution/fix is offered given that the unit is still well within 2 years warranty.
Is there any other way I should be contacting them other than the above email address? Phone call within office hours isn't possible for me as I am working in that period.
