Hi, I have numerous .avi movies, but some of them dont want to play. Error message reads  "unsupported audio file". I upgrade to the latest firmware and it now says "downlaod Coralplayer to watch the movie" Anyone with same problem or any solutions?

You have two issues.

Firstly Coralplayer is a scam. You have downloaded a  video file with nothing more than that message implying you need to download Coralplayer to play the full video. Even if true it would only be possible with a PC or MAC, not a mediaplayer. If you should download and install the player on a PC you will give your credit card details away.

Your other issue is cuased by poor information by Mediaplyer makers. They don't indicate that packages and codecs are two different things. A mediaplyer contains a fixed number of codecs and can only play files (packages) which contain media using those codecs. So only AVI's containing supported codecs can play. You will have to transcode to a supported codec. Use Mediainfo  and post details  of the files with unsupported media.
