Hi all,
It's a pleasure using the med400x mini, all works well !
I'm using NFS for filesharing with Hanewin v1172 onder windows xp,
according to advise found on this forum i allowed 3 items of HaneWIN in my windows firewall.

Curious of there are ANY privicy-issues, i wonder if all the 3 items are really needed, AND what they respectivaly do.
I can't find much on Hanewin's website ..
Can someone please explain what they do?
Thanks, please see screenshot of firewall below.

pmapd.exe is part of haneWIN SunRPC Portmap Daemon developed by Dr. Hanewinkel -- www.haneWIN.de.

nfsd.exe is nfs daemon process needed to setup nfs network connections.

nfssrv.exe is the service needed to run nfs connections.
