Hi! I got the MED400x and I can't get the video wall to work. When I press the middle button on the folder in the video wall I get a message saying not available. I have the folder structure correct, what can it be? Thanks in advance! Ferdie

Does your usb disk have a disk label name? Connect it to a pc, when in explorer right click on the disk and click on properties. Check if it has a name.
What is the format of the usb disk? ntfs, fat32, other?
What is the folder structure, please give an example of the complete path and on which folder you put the shortcut for the video wall in media libary.

Hello again!
Sorry, I was posting via a mobile phone, now I'm on a proper PC. The HDD is a Western Digital Elements 1TB, it's NTFS formatted. I didn't rename it when I bought it so I think it shouldn't have a name (?) The folder structure is as follows:
Movie Collections/The Big Lebowski/The Big Lebowski.mkv (together with folder & about jpgs)
I have another example:
Wrestling/Payperview Events/Wrestlemania I/Wrestlemania.mkv (together with folder & about jpgs).
I can play these files via media library. I added 13 shortcuts via the library (first folders from root of HDD), then go to the video wall and press menu to add the png which one of the member here posted, but afterwards I press the enter button (middle button with the cursor keys around it) to go and see the movie & posters it just says NOT AVAILABLE. I'm at work now so can't see if the HDD has a disk label name. If it does or doesn't what shall I do? What should I be looking for? Oh another thing, on the movie wall it doesn't show the path as stated on the pdf. Many thanks for your help!!! Ferdie

I've just seen the video from the link which I have seen before, I always look into things before buying and I noticed on the video wall when putting a png on the genre shortcut you have two options, delete and place a png. On mine there are 3, delete, place a png and an unavailable third option, looks like a forbidden sign.
Hope this helps??
Thanks again for your help!!

Did you try this already?
Does your usb disk have a disk label name? Connect it to a pc, when in explorer right click on the disk and click on properties. Check if it has a name.
If it does not have a name, just give it a name.

It is in the release notes of 4.0.4. This is build in to be able to use multiple usb disks in video wall, to recognise different usb disks. They all should have a name and it should be different.

I had the same fault and renaming the usb HD has corrected the video wall problem.
Unfortunately there is a new problem. When accessing this USB HD via the videowall, I get 3 folders that are named recycler, $recycle and sftware....( I think..not sure as Mede8er is away from me at the mo )/... anyway these 3 files are not deletable on the videowall and do not show up in the media library. They do not show up on my PC either.
Please help.
I have the the same usb HD as mentioned above, but I have the newer type that is USB 3 compatible. Is this an issue?
Best wishes wrestlemagic

What other PC's have you connected the USB drive to? Every operating system have their own folders for the Recycling bin.
