When I try to drag and drop files from my Apple computer to the MED500X (it apparas OK on the Apple desktop as a drive), I get the message that this cannot be done because the MED500X cannot be modified.
Anyone knows why?
Is MED500X incompatible with Apple?

you didn't say what you use: USB or network.
you problem come from incompatibility between MAC system ant NTFS partition from mede8er hdd.
if Samba or NFS network connections fail try to use FTP file transfer. this should work fine
