Hi,

i have an issue, i cannot adjust the movie sound via the remote control.

When i play music it works without a problem, but when i play a movie it won't..

Is there anyboby with a solution?

So, just to confirm. You're playing a movie on the Mede8er and during playback you're pressing the up/down arrows on the remote and the volume isn't changing, correct?

If you're playing DVD files, you can't adjust the volume using the Up and Down arrow keys. You'll have to use the "Vol +" and "Vol -" keys instead.

How is your audio setup?
To an amp? By digital coax or optical cable? Then that is probably the reason.

Audio is via optical to an amp, but for the audio files i play i can use the remote to change the volume level without any problems.

For video when i turn the level to zero the sound is off, when i go up the soundlevel is one level, so it is either on or off....

All audio goes via the same optical wire.
