Could Mede8er MED500X offer option upgrade conector eSATA, SCART or DVI-D ?

And wanna eSATA for fast transfer as  me

Having choice means exactly that. The same chip may be at the core, but manufacturers can chose what interface options to offer. If you find a box that suites you better just sell the old one on Ebay and replace it.
