flickering effect is quite differernt from sttuter effect.
wich one did you see?

Do you happen to have a 24p blu-ray player you can test your TV with? Many TV's are not 24hz complient. They take 24hz and re-sample it to 50 or 60hz. You need a set which explicitly states it has a 24hz display mode, not just that it can connect to  a 24p source.

first of all sorry for my bad english.. im from asia (indonesia)
i just bought mede8er.. actually my first mede8er cannot boot-up and cannot do emergency recovery
and i give it back to the seller and asking for my replacement..
and i got it.. but i need u guys help.. so i can enjoy watching 1080p movies

secondly...
- my tv spec is supoort24p... here is the spec link http://panasonic.co.id/web/pid/8086/Spec
- my tv is flickering whenever i play 1080p mkv file and set to 1080p output in mede8er setup
it happens randomly.. 15-40 sec
- if i play 23fps movies/film (band of brothers series 1080p) on 720p output
it always stuttering every 30 sec or so.. the flickering isn't there coz i set the output to 720p
- if i play BD iso, 29 fps (file name PIONER KURO Demo disc)
the flickering effect is gettin worse... it happens in every 5-10sec and the my tv screen blank and back again

-i have a ps3 and i have try n play bluray disc oftenly before (avatar, kingdom of heaven, 300 etc)
in the ps3 display setting i set 1080p not 720p or 576p (i uncheck them)
and when i play it on the same tv... i never saw any flickering on my tv

i hope u guys understand what im writing... thanks

...............
It's not a stutter problem - it's like the picture is 'shaky' and unstable.

so , it' s a hdmi handshake with your tv series....

from what you tell seems to be the same hdmi handshake, because this is happen on all resolution and different frame rates.
can you set your tv to nonscalled image profile and also try to activate or deactivate the PC or GAME MODE in your tv?

 one more question :
this is happen with both 1080p 50hz and 1080p 60hz?
what are the differences bettwen this two?

I'm certain you're right that it's a TV series handshake issue.
The Sinotec brand seems to be very popular in SA, so it would make sense for the developers to sort this one out.
I know 3 people who have the same set as me..........
