That is probably because your moviejukebox folder already contains things in english and generated things are not overwritten by default by Yamj.

Just empty your jukebox folder and regenerate it by running the My_YAMJ.cmd file

I emptied my jukebox folder and now I got the files with Dutch language. Finally!

i just tried YAMJ to work but no luck so far.
In the YAMJ pdf file, is mentiont that de M8R has to be connected to the pc with USB.
Can't i really not use the wifi setup?

Yes, you can.
You just map your mede8er share to a drive letter and then point Yamj Gui Config to that drive letter to scan.
And keep the Jukebox only for my PC setting selected.

OK, I have everything in place and it works!! Changed to Dutch language and for some movies I have to do the .nfo trick, but now everything is in place, thanks to the great instructions on this forum. Thanx. 

I have 2 questions: I would like to the the complete movie description as shown on moviemeter.nl. Now it shows some lines but then stops with thee dots ...
How can I chnage for example the fonts size ?

How can I generate the moviewall on the screen?

No, no ideas...just suggestions
Try to reinstall netframework and java from YAMJ package and restart computer
 
Also it will be good if you install netframework 3.5 sp1.
Your issue could be a nasty windows update.
 
Maybe a smart answer can help you more

Could also be some bug in Yamj causign Yamj to Mede8er to strugle.

You might try to download latest Yamj version from here:
http://code.google.com/p/moviejukebox/downloads/list

And install it over your current Yamj install folder.

Hi folks,

Well, I am in the process of preparing for v4 of the firmware and got YAMJ going and was able to get my movies all sorted out with about and folder.jpg files and so to say, the world is a much better place in my movie folder.

Now I want to get my TV shows cover art done and I am hoping that YAMJ can do the trick for me without having to iterate through each file and attempt to retrieve art per file.

Is it possible that YAMJ can retrieve art per folder rather?  I have my TV shows sorted in the following folder structure

TV Show Name/Season ##/TV Show Name-sSS-eEE.mkv / avi

What I want is for about.jpg and folder.jpg files to be generated and placed in the TV Show Name folder only.  I'm using the season number files as found in the Graphics forum.

Is this possible?

As of Yesterday I got the same problem, maybe it is because I have installed the newest Yamj?
I will try to figer things out today....

I tried about everything.
- Reinstalled java, reinstalled .don 3.5 sp1.
- Got the full packages from here.
- Tried different versions of Yamj

But no success, still the error message. As far as I can see, the program has trouble finding/opening some XML settings file.
Any options still???

finally I found the solution.
I deleted some movies from my harddrive, but that movies where still in the jukebox directory.
So deleting the jukebox dir solved the problem... grrrrr almost spent 4 hours on that stupid problem.

problems i have windows 7 32bit

installed yamj from here copied yamj to c drive made the shortcuts as explained in the pdf
opened the gui, directory to scan pointed it to my film folder on mede8er select jukebox for my pc
made a folder in my docs called movies for jukebox to be stored click add called that movies to then click save to yamj folder on c drive
open cmd after making the shortcut to desktop when this starts its not quite the same as the pdf instructions where it says
using properties files. /movie jukebox properties mine says this but then says cant find jukebox properties then carrys on as normal and collects all about and folder art
when this finishes the index and jukebox have been created fine
then open up yamj to mede8er   i point the jukebox folder to C:\Users\nick\Documents\movies\Jukebox which is the folder i created for the jukebox, skins to default skins and all i get is the black screen with mede8er logo
i have also looked in the xml libray and the path points to my movie folder on mede8er

what am i doing wrong please help this is driving me mad
